The Academic Bowl team had a great evening last night at their second conference meet hosted by Turpin. They won two of five games. Their next meet will be at Taloga for regionals November 12. Special recognition to Michael Martinez who surprised us all when he buzzed in and correctly spelled aesthetic. It was a great moment!

The students in the 6th grade completed a book project from their novel Fever 1793. This project consisted of creating a new cereal about the novel 1793. The students had to come up with a cereal name and then describe the components of the book.
