Kindergarten music learned about idiophones today. They were able to try out 4 different versions of a Guiro which is a percussion instrument that is scraped and used in Latin American music.

Using Ribbon Wands to dance in Pre K music today. Students were able to create movements of their own design to express how the music made them feel.

Despite a tough couple of games, we're still proud of our Boise City Wildcats! 🐾💪 Our highlight reel from the recent game against Seiling is up, showcasing some amazing plays from our talented players! Unfortunately, we had some technical difficulties that resulted in missing some of the footage. However, it's clear that our team is growing and improving with each game, and we can't wait to see what they'll accomplish in their next matchup! Go Wildcats!

The Boise City Wildcats secured a commanding win over the Beaver Dusters with a final score of 12-2! The Wildcats' offense was on fire, led by Ridge's impressive performance of 2-for-2 with a home run and a double, along with a walk. Travis and Jairo also had standout performances, each going 2-for-3 with doubles and singles, respectively.
Defensively, Ridge was dominant on the mound with six strikeouts in three innings, while Elias and Landyn also contributed with strikeouts and fielded outs. The Wildcats got off to a strong start with five runs in the first and second innings, and then added five more in the third, while the Beaver Dusters managed to score one run in the first and third innings.

The JH Boise City Wildcats put forth a strong effort against the Beaver Dusters, despite a 13-3 loss. Kane's performance was noteworthy with a double, four strikeouts, and two hit by pitches. Thomas and A.J. also made valuable contributions with walks and hits, while Kane and A.J. displayed defensive prowess. The Boise City Wildcats faced a tough 0-4 loss against the Sharon-Mutual Trojans. Despite Ridge's five fielded outs and Elias's one fielded out and one pitched strikeout, Sharon-Mutual's offense capitalized on their chances, scoring four runs in the second and third innings.
However, that didn't keep the Wildcats down for long, as immediately following the Sharon-Mutual game they celebrated a hard-fought 6-4 victory against the Waynoka Railroaders. Mason's double and stolen base allowed Drew to score the first run of the game in the first inning. Ridge's double and Chance's single drove in two more runs in the third, and the Wildcats added three more runs in the fourth with Mason, Elias, Drew, and Chance all contributing offensively. Chance's seven strikeouts in four innings were a standout defensive performance, and Ridge, Mason, and Baylor all had strong offensive contributions.
