🧑‍🎓 Juniors – 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM
🧑‍🎓 Sophomores – 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM

📅 Tuesday, August 5th
🧑‍🎓 Freshmen – 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM

📵 BCPSD Cell Phone & Device Policy – 2025-2026 📵

In accordance with Oklahoma Senate Bill 139, BCPSD will enforce a bell-to-bell ban on personal electronic devices for all students during the school day.

🔹 What’s Covered?
Cell phones, smartwatches, AirPods, earbuds, headphones, tablets, and any personal electronic device must be turned off and out of sight from the first bell until dismissal at 3:30 PM, including between classes.

🔒 Student Responsibility
Students who bring devices to school must keep them turned off, out of sight, and secure at all times during the day. BCPSD is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal electronic devices.

📞 Students can use the office phone between classes if they need to make a call.

❗ Consequences for Violations:
1️⃣ 1st Offense – Device held in office until 3:30 PM.
2️⃣ 2nd Offense – Device held + 2 days lunch detention.
3️⃣ 3rd Offense – Device held + 5 days lunch detention; parent pickup required.
4️⃣ 4th Offense – 2-day suspension + parent meeting.

⚠️ Please do not call or text your student during the school day. Call the BCPSD office and we’ll deliver messages or have them call you back.

We will have a football meeting for all parents and players this Friday at 7 PM in the Wildcat Pride Room.

📣📣 Registration information 📣📣

With limited numbers on the 5th-8th Junior High Cross Country team, there will be an open try out for any 4th grade girl or boy that is interested in running. A set time(to be determined) will be provided for a distance of 2 miles. If the 4th grader is able to run under that time they will be able to join the team. Tryouts will be held on Thurs. July 31 , 7:00 PM at the track. For any questions please contact Coach Cintia Rosas.

Enrollment for 5-8 grade students are now open for electives. Please call or stop by the Elementary School to let us know which elective your child would like to take.
